Important Damage Deposit Notice<\/h2>\n

Please note that a damage deposit<\/strong> is required to secure your booking.
\nWhen you made your reservation, you agreed to our terms and conditions,
\nwhich include this mandatory authorization (a temporary hold) on your card.<\/p>\n

This deposit is not<\/em> a charge; it will be canceled on your departure day,
\nprovided there\u2019s no damage or outstanding balance. Without completing
\nthis deposit process, we cannot<\/strong> issue your access codes
\nor allow entry to the apartment.<\/p>\n

If you have any concerns, we\u2019ll gladly show you where the damage deposit
\npolicy is displayed on your booking portal. We kindly ask that you
\nonly<\/strong> call our emergency phone number if you have completed
\nboth step 1 and step 2 below (the check-in form and damage deposit), or if
\nyou have an urgent issue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In the field labeled Reservation Number<\/strong>, enter your reference
\nfrom Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or any other platform you used.<\/p>\n

Next, select the Room Type<\/strong> from the drop-down list, followed by
\nyour Check-In<\/strong> and Check-Out<\/strong> dates using the
\ncalendar pop-up.<\/p>\n

    \nIt may appear in your Spam\/Junk folder, so check there if you don\u2019t see it right away.<\/p>\n

    This email provides a link to complete your
    \nDamage Deposit<\/strong> payment. You can pay via:<\/p>\n

    • Google Wallet<\/li>\n
    • PayPal<\/li>\n
    • Credit Card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Once you have paid, a confirmation pop-up or message will appear
      \nindicating your deposit is complete.<\/p>\n

      After your deposit is confirmed, our system may need up to
      \n3 minutes<\/strong> to generate your room access codes.
      \nYou will then receive a final confirmation email containing:<\/p>\n

      • Your Apartment\/Room Code<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Check-in instructions & arrival details<\/li>\n
      • Emergency contact information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        If you complete your check-in before 5 PM<\/strong> on the arrival day,
        \nyou\u2019ll receive the code on that same day.
        \nIf you complete it after 5 PM<\/strong>, please allow a few extra minutes
        \nfor the system to generate your codes.<\/p>\n
