We would like you to know that the Rosenthal Residence is an entire non-smoking Apartments. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in your room. It is very expensive for the hotel to remove the smell of smoke. Continuous smoking will result in a € 200.00 extra cleaning charge.
The guest is liable for damage to buildings and / or furniture, caused by him, his family members or his fellow passengers.
We keep a night-time peace during 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. where you have to behave quietly. In case of disorders and noise, especially if our emergency service is getting active, we reserve the right to charge a fee of € 300. Furthermore having parties in the apartment / house is strickly forbidden and will result in a fee equal to your entire security deposit.
In case of self-inflicted hotel emergency service (for example you lost your keycard) we be able to charge you 100.00 €.
The minibars in the apartments are against fee. If you do not have time after your departure to pay the extra costs at our reception, you agree that we charge the amount from your credit card.
Please note that a security deposit is required upon arrival by credit card. The security deposit varied between 300 € and 1000 € depending on the booked room category and the travel date.
