We can fulfil same-day requests only if they are submitted by 12:00 (noon).
Requests sent after 12:00 will be scheduled for the following day.
Housekeeping working hours: 09:00 – 15:00.
“Room clean” includes fresh towels. Bed linen is not changed unless “Bedding change” is also selected.
