Important Damage Deposit Notice

Please note that a damage deposit is required to secure your booking.
When you made your reservation, you agreed to our terms and conditions,
which include this mandatory authorization (a temporary hold) on your card.

This deposit is not a charge; it will be canceled on your departure day,
provided there’s no damage or outstanding balance. Without completing
this deposit process, we cannot issue your access codes
or allow entry to the apartment.

If you have any concerns, we’ll gladly show you where the damage deposit
policy is displayed on your booking portal. We kindly ask that you
only call our emergency phone number if you have completed
both step 1 and step 2 below (the check-in form and damage deposit), or if
you have an urgent issue.

Step 1: Access the Check-In Form

From our homepage, click on the “Check In” tab at the top of the page.
You’ll be redirected to our online registration form.

Step 2: Enter Booking Details

In the field labeled Reservation Number, enter your reference
from Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or any other platform you used.

Next, select the Room Type from the drop-down list, followed by
your Check-In and Check-Out dates using the
calendar pop-up.

Step 3: Provide Your Personal Information

Complete the form with your personal data:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Street, House Number, Postcode, City, Country
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address (please double-check for accuracy)
  • Date of Birth (optional)
  • Passport Number (optional but recommended)

Use your finger (on a touch screen) or a mouse (on a computer)
to sign in the Signature box.

Tick the box confirming you agree to the storage and processing
of your data by this website.

Step 4: Submit the Check-In

Click the “Check In” button once.
A pop-up will appear confirming that Step 1 of
your online check-in is complete.

Important: If you do not see the pop-up immediately,
please be patient or perhaps you have missed a required field.

Step 5: Check Your Email (Deposit Payment)

After submitting your details, watch for an email titled
“Rosenthal Residence Check-in step 1 of 2”.
It may appear in your Spam/Junk folder, so check there if you don’t see it right away.

This email provides a link to complete your
Damage Deposit payment. You can pay via:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Wallet
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card

Once you have paid, a confirmation pop-up or message will appear
indicating your deposit is complete.

Step 6: Receive Your Final Email & Access Codes

After your deposit is confirmed, our system may need up to
3 minutes to generate your room access codes.
You will then receive a final confirmation email containing:

  • Your Apartment/Room Code
  • Check-in instructions & arrival details
  • Emergency contact information

If you complete your check-in before 5 PM on the arrival day,
you’ll receive the code on that same day.
If you complete it after 5 PM, please allow a few extra minutes
for the system to generate your codes.

Reminders

  • Double-check your email address — all final codes and confirmations are sent via email.
  • If you do not receive the final email, please check your Spam/Junk folder or call our emergency number.
  • You can always refresh the check-in page if you encounter any issues.
